A WORD ON THOUGHTS
Every thing in the world is neutral. Every thought you hold about each thing is not neutral. It is either loving or fearful; forgiving or judgmental.
Your perception is the issue. How you choose to feel about something, how you behold it, that is what appears in your reality.
When you're confronted by something that you consciously would not choose, that is the time to "catch" yourself, before you "fall" into old reactionary thinking.
The fastest way to change anything is to look at it. Are you resisting something? Fighting with someone? Stop and look at what's happening. Did someone push a button in you? Try remembering to feel grateful for whatever it is. The person or situation is your teacher of the moment... to fight with it is to forget who you really are... an infinite spirit on a human journey, here finally to reveal yourself to yourself.
Allow yourself to feel exceedingly grateful that this is true. Begin to appreciate whatever is happening and what you truly appreciate will show up faster.

DEVELOP AN ATTITUDE FOR SINCERE GRATITUDE
The universal law of gratitude states that the more grateful you are for what you have, the more you will receive. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs determine the vibration and frequency of your energy. Albert Einstein proved that everything in the Universe is energy. All energy vibrates at particular frequencies.
Since we are energy too, each individual is also vibrating at a certain frequency. As you focus on gratitude by thinking, speaking, and feeling grateful, you are transforming your vibration into one of the most powerful and highest frequencies of all.
One of the most efficient ways to practice Gratitude is through journaling. A gratitude journal is a way to consciously call attention to the things for which we are thankful each day. By focusing on gratitude, we become aware of the abundance we already possess and thus create a shift in our thinking to the positive. When we make this shift we change our vibration and we draw to us more things that vibrate on that higher frequency. It is the Law of Attraction.
40 days to Develop and Attitude for Sincere Gratitude
1. Decide if you want to write in a journal or your computer.
2. You must be assured no one will see what you write other than yourself.
3. Begin by writing or typing “Today I am grateful for” on the top of the page.
4. List a minimum of 5 positive things you are grateful for. Sit quietly with them and send them thanks and feel the feeling of sincere gratitude as deeply as you can within your heart. This feeling of sincere heart felt gratitude is what turns your energy into one of the most powerful highest frequencies of all. This will attract more abundance that vibrates on that same frequency.
5. List a minimum of 5 people, feelings, interactions that hold a negative experience for you. Now find something in each of those to feel gratitude for. Your goal is to dissolve the negativity. This is a difficult but cleansing exercise. Once it is done repeatedly it can lead to a feeling of euphoria.
When we don't acknowledge negative experiences and feelings, we hold the lower vibration from that experience. Neale Donald Walsh says “What we resist persist and what we look at disappears." Having a blocked heart with resentments is a barrier to experiencing full joy and anchors us down in that lower vibration.
Sit quietly with your list, send thanks and feel the feeling of sincere gratitude as deeply as you can within your heart.
6. Many days your list will repeat that's okay just write what comes to mind.
7. Don't intellectualize: write from the heart, resist editing your thoughts, feelings or reactions.
8. Don't worry about spelling or using proper words.
9. Don't read what you've wrote until the end of the 40 days.

FIVE ATTITUDES OF GOD
To be God Conscious is to be totally Grateful.
To be totally grateful is the attitude that changes everything. To be grateful for something is to stop resisting it, to see it, and acknowledge it as a gift, even when the gift is not immediately apparent. Gratitude for an experience, condition or outcome in advance is a powerful tool in the creation of your reality, and a sure sign of mastery.
“Thank you God for helping me understand that this problem has already been solved for me.”
This is a powerful prayer. The next time you are confronted with a condition or circumstances you judge to be problematical, express your immediate GRATITUDE not only for the problem itself. By so doing you instantly change your perspective on it and your attitude about it.
Next BLESS it! Give it your best energies and your highest thoughts. In this you make it your friend and not your enemy, that which support you rather than that which opposes you.
Then ACCEPT it, and resist not evil. For what you resist persist. Only what you accept can you change. Now, envelope it with LOVE, whatever, you are experiencing you can literally love any undesirable experience away. You can love it to death.
Finally, be JOYFUL, for the exact and perfect outcome is at hand.
Nothing can take your joy away from you, for joy is who you are and who you always be. So, in the face of every problem, do a joyful thing.
When you thanked God you are “being' aware that all good things in life have already come to you; that everything you need, the right and perfect people, places and events – to express and experience and evolve as you have chosen has already been put in place for you.

MAKE A MIRACLE LIST
To add incredible power to your gratitude journal make a 40 day miracle list.
If you could have, feel, do, achieve, see, be anything in your life right now what would it be? Write it down and be as specific as you can. Give heartfelt sincere gratitude for each item as if you already have them. Rhonda Bryne author of The Secret said, "When you are grateful for the things you want to come into your life before they actually appear, you are sending out a frequency to the universe that you already have those things. The law of attraction doesn't know if you are imagining something or if it is real. So by giving heartfelt thanks for it now, you must attract those things to you." Read your list at the end of the 40 days and see what miracles have happened.
