Greetings friends and welcome!
As a Medium, I connect with and communicate with those loved ones who have passed to spirit... yes; I talk with dead people... only they are not really dead, just different!
It is my belief that we never die – we just change. As I like to say, we are always alive, either here in human form or in spirit form. I have come to know that we are spiritual beings here having a human experience and that when we are finished, no matter how long or short that experience might be, we return to that which we came from – pure positive energy, also referred to as Spirit.
Through my work, I have met with many people mourning the loss of loved ones and I have of course experienced loss myself- both friends and family as well as my father in March 2010. While it is not easy adjusting to the loss of our loved ones from our physical world, I have found that offering connection with spirit is soothing, healing and transformative to those missing loved ones, those who are mourning and those who are interested in exploring the idea of life in spirit. After all, we will all return to Spirit at some point!
As a Psychic I am able to connect with information about you that exists as energy and I perceive things about your past, present and future possibilities. How I explain it is that we are like walking history books of all that has happened, is happening and will be happening in our lives I am able to reference the “history book of your life.”
To better explain Mediumship, Here is an example of an experience during a group Mediumship session:
During a group Mediumship Demonstration in December of 2010, I had the pleasure of reading for two adult sisters and their young adult daughters. I had a connection with spirit for them - it was their grandmother. She told me she had not graduated from high-school; in fact she said that she had a very low level education. She wished she had been able to receive more education and had even tried but it just was not meant to be. She explained that she worked hard in the home and knew how to care for her family. She wanted me to know she was a hard worker and always knew how to take care of things.
She mentioned an experience she had where she cut her hand deeply and had taken care of it herself. "There was blood everywhere." I heard her say. She also showed me that she had a bird in her hand, "a bird in my hand," I heard. She gave a physical description of herself so that these sisters understood it was in fact their grandmother, their Mom's mother. She went on to give some lovely messages of support and encouragement to her family. It was a lovely “visit.”
The day after the session, I received an email from Carol, one of the sisters. She had checked in with her Mom about what I had relayed.
Here is the actual email I received:
Hi Cathy, We really enjoyed the Medium Session on Thurs. night. We were the four ladies in the front, all related. Thought you would want to know, I spoke with my mom about my grandmother cutting her hand and yes she did, "It was bleeding all over the place, but she took care of it herself." My mom also said my grandmother, "Always felt bad that she only went to the third grade with her education and tried going back school but didn't continue." About the bird in her hand, my mother said, "She was always going to the North End to pick out live chickens, have them prepared to bring home for supper. Always had chicken in her hands to cook." Could this be the bird in the hand? Thank you again. ~ Carol C. Norwood, MA
I give you this example to show you how wonderful spirit can be about communicating. I do not praise the medium, me, I praise and thank SPIRIT!
Friends, Spirit is with us! Our loved one's see us as we are today. Many times it is as if they are loving us from afar... and other times they send us messages, signals and signs and they guide us and manipulate us into situations to prove they are not "dead," just "different."
It is such a joy to do this work - it still surprises and delights me every time I make a connection!
