Heal Your Thoughts, Heal Your Body

I am fortunate to work with many people, helping them to acknowledge and release the seeds of fear and limiting thought patterns within their subconscious. In teaching them to harness the innate power of their mind, guiding their thoughts toward release and well-being, they clear, heal and balance their own energetic body, and in doing so, their physical body as well.
The mind is the source of all well-being and all illness in the body. Harness and train your mind, your inner focus towards love and health, towards gratitude and abundance, and this is what you will experience outwardly, in some manifested form- as within, so without. The same goes for negative thought patterns - focus on worry, fear, stress and lack you will also see this manifested outwardly, in our bodies and in our lives.
When we suppress, repress, deny or ignore our negative emotions this energy stops and begins to block the natural flow of energy/chi/ki/prana in the body. When this happens, pain and chronic or acute illness can begin to set it in. These forms of emotions are not “bad,” but can be termed negative emotions in order to describe them as energetically dense or depilating. Once the stored negative emotions are acknowledged, allowed to come up and then released, so too does the pain/illness dissolve.
It is imperative that we learn to train and will our thoughts toward our desired experiences. Many do not even realize the endless stream of reckless thoughts that our mind produces consistently throughout our day, merely out of programmed habit. How many of you think, "Of course this would happen to me," "If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all," "It runs in my family, so I’ll probably get it too," "God’s going to punish me for this, I know it." These thoughts, as swift as they may come, their constant repetition and application to various instances and beliefs throughout our day, solidify their presence in our physical reality. However there is a wonderful catch to all of this - do you want to know what is so wonderful about our thoughts? We can change them.
Habitual thoughts are nothing but habits, well treaded neural pathways in the brain that can be reprogrammed by choosing to intentionally think a different thought as consistently as we can. You have the power to heal
yourself, we all do, it is our natural Divine right. You can achieve and mirror your natural state of perfection through these highly suggested practices:
EFT (you can learnt this yourself)
Reiki (Level I is all that is required for this)
Grounding the chakras daily
Self-Love work (I highly suggest Louise Hay for tips on this, mirror work is amazing)
Setting healthy boundaries for yourself (abstaining from negative, people, places and situations)
Sea salt baths (this clears the auric body, add a little lavender and tea tree oil to assist in this)
You have the will and capacity to make a conscious choice to be well, to be healthy, to let go, to claim your divinity. It is our responsibility and Divine right to focus our inner vision and will on that which we wish to see manifest. This includes not only our health, but everything from our love life to our life purpose. Bruce Lipton states "Harnessing the power of your mind can be more effective than the drugs you have been programmed to believe you need." We and the entire world around us are made up of pure energy and light, the Divine incarnate, limitless, boundless beings of source energy. We can change worlds, our world, simply with the power of our mind. We literally do this every day, creating and re-creating our experiences. This is a profound truth my dearest friends, and it is high time we claim it.
