Anything IS Possible- Facts Are Just an Illusion!
by Andrea Schulman
This includes the good, the bad and everything in-between.
Don’t believe you can lose weight? You won’t.
Don’t believe you can find a cure? You’ll be sick forever.
Don’t believe you can start your own business? You’ll work for someone else your whole life.
Facts are an illusion
Our belief structures are what define what is possible in our lives. There are no facts, there are no prerequisites. Your life is simply a reflection of what you choose to believe in and focus on, and nothing more.
Think about something that could drastically improve your life, but you’ve never for a second even taken the chance to imagine you could really have it.
Take a moment to really ponder the statement “anything is possible,” and imagine that it really does apply to you and your life.
What limiting beliefs have you been accepting as facts?
Limitations can run deep, and even experienced practitioners of the Law of Attraction can still find they are able to unearth old limitations they’ve taken as fact.
For example, this week, I found a cure to a medical issue I’ve dealt with my entire adult life. It’s a rather embarrassing medical issue, so for now we’ll just call it a “medical issue.” I’ll see if I can work up the courage to be a little more open about it, as it’s a cure that might benefit some of my readers as well-who knows?
Anyway, I assumed I would be stuck with this issue forever, because I accepted it as a fact. I just accepted it as “the way things were.” I was taught at a young age that this was just something you’d have to live with forever, and I believed what I was told. I took this factor of my life as a foregone conclusion, just like we do factors of ourselves like our age, our gender and our eye color (which, by the way, are just other perceived limitations we accept as facts).
Assumptions are dream killersI assumed my condition was due to my genetics, or something outside of my control. I assumed science didn’t have an answer, so every time I researched how to treat it I heard the same thing: “It never goes away.”
As a result, I decided long ago that this condition was just something I’d have in my life forever. Since it wasn’t a terminal illness, and I was able to still live a really good life in spite of it, I just figured I’d deal with it forever.
The solution is pretty freaking amazing, and it’s really blown my mind. The only reason I didn’t find it before? I never thought to ask for it! I ASSUMED it was incurable, and therefore in my reality, it was.
Dare to dream already!
Fortunately, though, I decided enough was enough. I know in my heart anything is possible, after all. So I looked to the universe and said “I KNOW anything is possible, and I KNOW a cure can exist. Show it to me.”
Then, almost immediately, it came to me. Reminding myself that I believed in possibility gave me the conviction to ask for something and believe that it could be out there.
So, I invite you to join me. Dare to dream, and dare to ask. The universe is capable of delivering you anything, you just have to be willing to believe it is possible for you.
Keep dreaming my friends!
