Let's face it, we all have situations in our lives that bring us stress and now matter what we do, we probably will always have something that will challenge us at any given time. What can we do about life's challenges? 

There are certain activities that will help us ground, center and not lose control of our emotions and thoughts. When we have anxiety and stress over situations in our lives, it hampers our ability to problem solve and go with the flow. Challenges come up to help us grow and underneath every challenge is light waiting to be revealed to us. ​

1. Spend Time In Nature
Spending time connecting to Mother Earth is a natural stress reliever and uplifter. Whether it is going for a walk in the sunshine, snow, rain or even sitting in a park, we automatically separate from the hustle and bustle of life. The natural elements instantly help us get back to the basics and help us center and ground ourselves. Some time with Mother Nature is what your soul needs these days to manage your stress levels.

2. Creative Outlet
Sometimes redirecting our focus from what challenges us to using our artistic/creative gifts through activities such as; dancing, writing, painting, singing, gardening, and or playing a musical instrument opens up the space for solutions to the stressful situations in our lives. Many people instantly move into a meditative state while participating in creative activities. Not everyone achieves clarity through quiet meditation, for some creative activities is their meditation. It's time to schedule some time with your creative self doing the activities you love.

 3. Detoxifying Your Mind, Body and Spirit  There is no 100% proof way to keep your auric field clear and filled with good energy which is why spiritual hygiene is so important. Spiritual hygiene may consist of the following activities; epson salt baths, a Reiki session, a good cry, eliminating unhealthy foods, and or upping your water intake. When we eliminate unhealthy thinking, emotions and heavy energy from our mind, body, and spirit, we create healthy boundaries energetically and physically. Life happens, therefore consistency is a must for good spiritual hygiene
